Designed to ease anxiety and support those moments when you’re feeling overwhelmed, this tea quiets the mind and encourages relaxation, providing a soothing retreat in every sip.
With its light floral notes and herbal warmth, Calm Tea fosters a sense of tranquility, helping to restore balance to both body and spirit.
WARM:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf or 1 tea bag to a cup. Pour near-boiling water over, steep for 5–10 minutes, then remove the strainer or tea bag.
ICED:
Prepare as above, then cool to room temperature or refrigerate. Pour over ice to serve.
