Whether you're a new mama or further along in your journey, this blend provides a gentle, natural way to nurture your bond and support your milk flow.


WARM:


Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf or 1 tea bag to a cup. Pour near-boiling water over, steep for 5–10 minutes, then remove the strainer or tea bag.
ICED: 
Prepare as above, then cool to room temperature or refrigerate. Pour over ice to serve.
